This agreement is entered into between Leda Fazal / The Swan Method LLC (Company) and Lara Pretorius / Onlypro Hair and applicable assignees and agents (Party).

Leda Fazal and The Swan Method shall provide access to training materials related to their subscription-based classroom platform for the purpose of introducing the disclosed techniques and any trade secrets to the Party. In return, the Party agrees not to distribute, repurpose, broadcast, or disseminate any and all materials. Furthermore, the Party agrees not to share or divulge the contents of said materials, instruction, and learned techniques, outside of normal business communications, with outside parties not related to the scope of this agreement.

Leda Fazal / The Swan Method LLC and its assignees retains all applicable ownership rights to disclosed materials and instruction in perpetuity. The Party shall forever hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Company from all liability for damages, losses, or injuries, whether to person or reputation, that may result from acquiring any knowledge, expertise, or advice from said training materials.
